OUR SPACES

Fraser Park offers flexible event spaces for events from small board meetings to large social gatherings and conferences. With capacity for 10 to 350 guests, our comfortable rooms provide the perfect setting for any occasion.

Engine Room

Meeting Room 1 is located on the first floor with access to the outdoor deck. This room is best suited for meetings, workshops and makes an excellent training space.

Meeting Room 2 has large double aspect windows making this light and airy space ideal for informal meetings and classroom style trainings.

Located on the first floor, with deck access, the Kadima Lounge is one of our most versatile spaces. An interlocking wall allows the rooms to be separated or combined, perfect for large conferences, seminars and social functions.

Sports & Recreation spaces

At Fraser Park Events, we offer state-of-the-art sports and event facilities designed for athletes, corporate groups, and the community. Whether you’re looking to compete, train, or unwind, our amenities ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Changing Rooms

Our modern and spacious changing rooms provide clean, comfortable facilities for athletes, teams and event attendees. 

We are currently looking for a new hospitality provider, check back here for updates.

Located on the ground floor, the activity zone is in an all-weather, adaptable area enclosed by tensioned nets which caters for a wide range of sporting codes. Batting & bowling practice lanes are also available. 

Our six high-grade squash courts are designed for all levels of competition. Three of these courts feature movable walls, allowing them to be expanded into a triple bay – ideal for larger games, fitness classes, yoga, or martial courts.

Venue Hire Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payments

a. All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our online booking system.

b. For bookings of $1,000 or more, a $500 deposit is required in advance to confirm the reservation.

c. Full and final payment must be made no later than 14 days from invoice or a late payment fee may be applied.

a. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.

b. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be billed.

a. Basic room set-up, pack-down, and rubbish removal is included in the hire fee.

b. All equipment and space must be left in a tidy condition. Excess cleaning may result in an additional charge.

a. Hirers are responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment during their booking.

b. Fraser Park Events reserves the right to charge for any repairs, replacements, or extra cleaning required because of misuse or negligence.

a. The following items are available to hire at an additional cost. Please request these at the time of booking to ensure availability.

    1. Lectern
    2. Tablecloths
    3. Whiteboard

a. Access to the venue is available only for the hours booked. Early arrival or late departure may incur additional charges.

b. Please ensure you allow time within your booking for additional event set-up and pack-down outside of basic room set-up and pack-down provided by the venue. 

a. All hirers must comply with relevant health and safety regulations while on site.

b. Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times

c. A venue representative will be on-site or on-call during your booking to assist with any issues. 

a. Alcohol may only be consumed with prior approval and in accordance with licensing requirements.

b. Self-catering of food may be permitted if approved by the Venue Manager at the time of booking. The hirer is responsible for clean-up and rubbish removal beyond the capacity of supplied rubbish and recycling bins. 

c. On-site catering can be arranged on request.

a. All individuals and groups hiring these facilities are required to behave in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner at all times. This includes ensuring that all attendees conduct themselves appropriately, comply with all venue rules, and do not engage in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the immediate suspension or shutdown of the event, removal from the premises, and/or future booking restrictions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

a. Fraser Park Events reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that may:

      1. Be incompatible with the venue’s purpose, promote controversial or discriminatory content, or attract unruly or unsafe behaviour.
      2. Lack the required documentation (e.g. insurance, licenses).
      3. Bring Fraser Park Events into disrepute
      4. Breach community standards
      5. Pose a health or safety risk.

b. The hirer has previously breached these terms and conditions.
